The Headlines:

In the role of a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic working at the Coors Brewery in Golden Colorado you will be part of the Packaging Maintenance team, supporting Production Operations . You will be responsible for playing an important role in ensuring that our production facility is running smoothly so we can make as much of our great beer as possible.

Must have sufficient experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Skills must include the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including corrective adjustments, timing changes, modifications, and parts replacements in a timely manner to improve production efficiency. Must be able to respond to breakdown calls, while also balancing planned preventative and corrective work.

This position reports to our Packaging Equipment Specialist Leader. THis position is on a modified M-F 5x2 schedule with scheduled weekend work every other week; it is either on Swings (1:45PM - 10:15PM) or Graves (9:45PM - 10:15PM), plus overtime support for openings and multi-day maintenance jobs.
