Job Description

The Opportunity:

Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better. Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, that’s what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It’s why we’re looking for an organizational transformation and change consultant like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency in federal program implementation. As a change management consultant, you’ll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a communications plan, training, and change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll have a tangible impact on your client’s mission, providing them with a holistic view of their organization as they transform their practices for the better.

Work with us as we lead change in new federal programs.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • Completion of SAFe Training
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Experience implementing and managing CMS/CCIIO operations
  • Experience applying Agile practices
  • Experience with the CMS software development lifecycle
  • Ability to bring people together around a shared vision and build coalitions

Vetting:

Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.
