Mission:

Vista Del Mar provides a trauma-responsive continuum of services to empower children, youth, and families in Southern California to lead fulfilling lives.

Role Overview:

The IHBS provides direct services to children and families as identified in an individualized service plan and may function as a member of a child and family team. They will utilize a flexible, strengths-based approach in their work.

Qualifications:

• COVID Vaccination Card mandatory (fully vaccinated)
• Five year's experience working with special needs children and their families is required
• Crisis management experience, highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree, required. Master's, preferred.
• Ability to engage and work with parents as partners and in work successfully with families from diverse ethnic and cultural groups
• Minimum 2 years working in IFCCS, Wraparound or Similar program
• Valid California driver's license
