As a warehouse worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products, as well as performing general warehouse duties such as picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to lift heavy packages, operate forklifts, and use hand-held scanners. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will interact with customers, suppliers, and team members daily.

• Receive and prioritize orders through supervisor-issued work tags.
• Complete bills of lading for materials being delivered to customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Serve "Express Will Call Customers" promptly to expedite order processing.
• Retrieve items from inventory using manual methods and/or forklifts.
• Maintain organized files for customer pick-up orders, noting relevant information on invoices.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere by cooperating and communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers.
• Assist with counter sales by entering orders into the system and pulling/loading orders.
• Prepare materials for delivery or pick-up by customers, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Verify the accuracy and timeliness of filled orders before delivery or pick-up.

• Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
