Zuri is a growing retailer of contemporary furnishings. We develop and distribute our own designs which are sold through ecommerce and retail channels.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and programs that align with Zuri's goals and values. You will lead the HR department and partner closely with business leaders to drive employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain internal documentation including employee records, HR policies, and training materials.
• Oversee all processes in the employment lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Manage recruitment marketing efforts across digital and non-digital channels.
• Configure HR technology solutions including applicant tracking, benefits, and payroll software.
• Partner with other department leaders to ensure all HR issues are handled in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop human resources strategies to recruit and retain a diverse and high-performing workforce.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Implement and improve employee compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a management role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various software and technologies.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
