Description

The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with the HRBP Director in support of the talent agenda for various client groups. This role will assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining HR records and systems, administering HR policies and procedures, and supporting HR initiatives and projects. The role will also partner with managers and employees to provide guidance on performance management, talent development, workforce planning and on-going strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities

  • In close alignment with HRBP, conduct analyses, prepare presentations, and resolve complex issues on a variety of topics supporting the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support managers in the creation of career paths including job descriptions for new positions, update existing job descriptions, and track department wide job descriptions aligned to EEOC and FLSA guidelines. Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to finalize as needed for recruiting and promotion purposes.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement and talent development programs to help improve the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with service providers and vendors in support of smooth operations for assigned client groups.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related questions and issues.
  • Work on other Human Resources projects, as needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Help organize and track training programs, such as Harassment Prevention.
  • On occasion, partner with ER Manager and HR leadership team to address employee relations issues, including intake meetings and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with HRBP and client group leadership to prepare and conduct exit process and lead exit interviews. Analyze exit interview data to determine trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, relocation, transfers, promotions, or terminations. Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Handle extremely sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, HR best practices, and current regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Comfort working with data to derive HR insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ambitious, positive demeanor to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Sound independent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Five or more years’ experience in Human Resources.

Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
