Job Description
Description: Remington Medical Inc is a fast-growing manufacturing company currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our expanding team. We are leaders in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of safe and disposable medical devices. The successful applicant will be responsible for administering compensation and benefit plans, recruitment and onboarding, and performing other various Human Resources related job duties. We are looking for candidates who are able to conduct business with the confidentiality required of a Human Resources professional. Administer compensation and benefit plans Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. 6. Adhere to Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ISO, FDA, and all applicable international requirements. Other tasks as needed per supervisor. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when needed Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management software Bachelor's Degree PI212573601
