Qualifications

As a Human Resources Generalist III, you will:

Experience in case management, employee relations, health care, industrial safety, or human resources.

Uses data management tools (Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Excel, SafetyNet) to analyze and interpret daily injury and behavior data, draw recommendations, seek consensus, and drive actions to improve safety behaviors.

Is a self-starter who will take initiative to communicate with leaders, learn and ask questions.

Has experience leading investigations and assuring process adherence through reinforcement.

Using Project Management tools, ensures that accurate project plans, investigations, and close-out of safety improvement initiatives are managed effectively.

Oversees communications strategy for stakeholder groups to report on project status; collects and organizes feedback and action items; and provides regular updates to stakeholders, sponsors.

Sets goals, works independently, and uses innovative strategies to find solutions to complex problems without fear of failure.

Escalates challenges as necessary to ensure awareness and assistance with resolution.

Fosters a safety-first environment by providing support for personal and operational safety.
