HR Business Partner
REMOTE
$40 - $44/hour (contract to start)

TempExperts is recruiting an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work REMOTE for a fast-growing, forward-thinking, nationwide company. This position is an immediate start. Strong chance this position is long-term.
Must have’s:
- 4+ years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist or related field
- 3 + years’ experience with US Employment Law
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in HR principles and organizational development)
- Adept with performance management and investigations
- Hands-on experience designing company policies like anti-discrimination and EEO
OVERVIEW
Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Tasked with streamlining HR functions, reporting on HR metrics, enhancing workforce retention, predicting staffing needs, managing termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance regulations. Some technologies this team works in are Slack, G Suite, Mac Based OS, Culture Amp, JIRA, Confluence, Knowbe4, Lessonly, and BambooHR.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Department Administration
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Analyzes trends/metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions and programs.
- Support the build and implementation of department projects and program builds.
- Manages and resolves employee relations issues.
- Partners with the HR Corporate Trainer to evaluate/monitor training programs.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Ensure data integrity within HRIS, ATS, and other HR systems.
- Conducts monthly meetings with respective Managers and Directors.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
