Job Description
Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions.


Responsibilities


  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee time and attendance
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
