Summary
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee time and attendance
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
