The HRIS Manager's primary responsibility is for the Global Human Resources Information System (HRIS), developing the HR technology roadmap, implementing system modules and integrations. Provides analytical and technical support to the Human Resources department. and serves as the liaison to other functional areas such as Benefits, Human Resources, Recruiting, Payroll, and Finance. Develop methods to measure effectiveness of all people programs, uncover insights and opportunities; and build capacity to utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making. Manage US payroll and benefits function, as it relates to the HRIS, and global headcount reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to confidentiality policies within Human Resources and ensures HR database is accurate and secure.
- Provides UKG and iCIMS technical support to Human Resources, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning and Finance areas regarding HRIS administration and operations.
- Manage and participate in HRIS upgrades and projects, as assigned.
- Design and continuously improve global HR metrics, reports and dashboards which are aligned with the HR and business strategies, using benchmarking and best practices as guiding standards.
- Manage US payroll and benefits administration functions.
- Resolves UKG complex technical problems and engages additional functional resources, as necessary.
- Manage HRIS-related activities including drafting communications and procedures related to the process, thorough review/clean-up of data provided by HR.
- Identify business process changes within the HRIS, which increases efficiency and improves user acceptance and overall experience. Proactively formulate ideas and recommendations for system improvements.
- Develops training curriculum and conducts formal and informal training sessions regarding HRIS.
- Support application enhancements, upgrades, and implementations.
- Lead annual payroll audit preparation.
- Develop integration/migration plans for existing benefits administration, ATS and performance management systems.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Performs regular audits to validate that all data in UKG is current, complete and accurate.
- Creates, run and schedule custom reports for supported functional areas.
- Review all HRIS user access requests and approve based on established security requirements/policy. Create and maintain security matrix/documentation.
- Develop robust global headcount reporting framework and HR metrics package.
- Develops information systems involving integration of multiple platforms, vendor products and technologies and coordinates the resolution of vendor related data issues.
- Develops, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances UKG tables, codes, and security such as creating new roles, updating/creating new business process, mass changes and data loads.
- Identifies, writes, and implements Human Resources policies and guidelines regarding HRIS.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate with other functional areas that receive data from UKG to ensure accuracy in their systems
- Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes and assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
- Maintains quality and consistency of HRIS data by troubleshooting, analyzing, detecting, identifying and correcting technical problems and deficiencies.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions.

- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical constituents.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management.
- Ability to accurately and reproducibly perform arithmetic, algebraic and geometric calculations.
Education/Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and its advanced functions, is required.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing Payroll and Human Resources Information Systems in an HR function.
- Working knowledge of iCIMS Applicant Tracking System preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- In depth knowledge of UKG (formerly Ultimate Software)

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time; operate general office equipment; work in office setting
