Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional HR team and in charge of the work of BP, recruitment, training and human resources modules in US
  • Work closely with business leaders and in charge of full cycle recruitment independently
  • Align HR practice with business goals, establish and maintain good relationship with business leaders and provide HR guidance, analyze metrics, resolve employee relations issues
  • Adhere to company's vision and mission on talent development, partner with business units and provide HR support and guidance on organization and talent development, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Partner with Global HR team in Learning & Development, Performance Management and HR operations, lead or participate in projects and ensure high quality implementation
  • Work with a global team, supporting cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones
Requirements:
  • 6+ years HR related experience, needs to have proven full cycle recruiting experience, experience in at least two aspected among BP, SSC, Training would be preferred
  • BA/BS degree in relevant field or equivalent years of HR experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, a good sense of team spirit and excellent talent analysis skills; Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in the technology or internet business preferred
  • This position will report directly to the Chief of Staff

This position can be based in San Francisco Bay Area or Dallas, Texas.

The salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 plus equity for this position. Considering parity with current team members, current market statistics, and applicable experience, knowledge, and skills presented during the interview will determine where your salary will fall within that range.
