HR Office Assistant d uties include : Serve as a receptionist in a fast-paced office :
answer phones, transfer calls on a multi-line phone system. Greet guests in a friendly manner. Assist with application process.
Be creative to meet customer demands.
Must type at least 40wpm with low error rate. Excellent verbal and written skills required .
Use multiple computer systems: Word, Excel, Outlook+ personalized HR Software Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Will screen and interview applicants via phone or in person to determine their best skills and job options.
Wage depends on experience. Benefits offered!
