Job Description
Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a full-time HR Assistant to be responsible for full cycle, high-volume recruitment. You will play a critical role with human resources in attracting talent for our growing companies!


This position will focus on hiring various positions within the organization while reaching our staffing goals.

Qualifications


  • Developing and maintaining trusting and collaborative hiring manager relationships
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Participate in regular meetings to ensure up-to-date knowledge of our ongoing campaign needs and industry specifics
  • Perform candidate outreach via an omnichannel approach that is not limited to phone calls, emails, text messages, and other ways of engagement
  • Source and screen candidates while providing a world class candidate experience
  • Manage a high volume of calls and applications
  • Must be tech savvy and familiar with Windows-based programs/applications
  • Meet and exceed company recruitment targets for multiple offices and campaigns
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
  • Apply sourcing tactics to maintain a pipeline of candidates
  • Confident, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt, think outside the box, problem solve and willingness to learn and grow
  • Associate's degree or related experience in recruiting or human resources
  • Experience in recruitment or high-volume recruitment is a plus
  • To be successful in this role, one must work with a sense of urgency, while providing an amazing candidate experience!
  • Maintain regular contact and communication with both clients and candidates
