Compensation:
- Pay Range: $64,276 to $80,345
The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.

Position Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist assists the Human Resources function within the company including the administration of personnel records, compliance with laws and regulations concerning employees, training, interviewing, special projects, etc.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Act with a sense of urgency
- Develop successful employee and business partnerships
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Resolve basic to complex problems by leveraging business and HR knowledge as well as employee and business relationships
- Logically organize ideas on issues, develop thorough execution plans and drive process to successful implementation
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
- Anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately
Required Skills and Experience:
- Positive, professional demeanor
- Ability to balance conflicting points of view, function effectively under pressure and demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness
- Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office programs
- Results-oriented
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
- Track record of success working in a fast-paced, fluid business environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, 2 plus years of HR generalist experience, with strong leadership and hands-on capabilities in Employee Relations, Staffing, Client Service, and Performance Management or HS Diploma/GED and 5 plus years of HR generalist experience, with strong leadership and hands-on capabilities in Employee Relations, Staffing, Client Service, and Performance Management
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- SHRM Certification
- Master’s degree
- PHR or SPHR
