Publicis Sapient is searching for an HR Generalist with a focus on People Strategy Operations to join our North America team. This role will partner closely with People Strategists and People Shared Services teams and be client-facing to business leaders and individuals across the organization. You’ll be responsible for the people experience and operations within a particular Industry and/or Capability Group – working under the supervision of People Shared Services and taking day-to-day direction from the People Strategy team that keeps processes running smoothly across the organization.
Your Impact:
- Develop and contribute to ideas that will make an impact within your Industry/Capability group and add value to the broader company and People Success team.
- Own tracks within the lifecycle experience, such as company-wide programs and collaborating on projects across the People Strategy function that support our teams.
- Support operational functions, including performance management, career development, Compensation strategy, relocation and immigration support, HR Analytics and reporting, Diversity and Inclusion, to ensure business needs are met.
- Manage a scope of work that includes day-to-day operations, and programmatic initiatives (short, medium, and long-term projects).
- Present information and respond to questions from our employees effectively and amiably with client-facing professionalism that fosters strong employee relationships.
- Drive day-to-day operations with a high attention to detail on policy, process, tools, data as well as people experience and outcomes.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Ability to think critically independently, to solve problems involving several concrete variables of moderately complex scope.
- Human Resources Generalist, Organizational Development, HRIS systems experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities – the ability to report, analyze, and summarize data for stakeholders and leadership.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to help facilitate process improvements –implementing fixes in broken processes, using tools for automation, etc. – and change management.
- Ability to address issues proactively and constructively with direct management and team members.
- Ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly in a fast pasted, matrixed organization.
- Strong client/customer service skills and ability to partner with clients and internal teams.

Additional Information
Pay Range: $75,000 - $146,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. The actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and the specific skillset required for the work itself.
