  • Support administration and maintenance of Brightflow’s leveling software Complete.
  • Partner with the People team and Legal stakeholders to conduct annual compliance audits and ensure federal, and state compliance of HR employment laws, updating policies and/or procedures as required.
  • Support People team cross-functionally and in coordinating logistics for People Team related projects, events, and activities (workshops, trainings, Lunch & Learns, etc.).
  • Understand company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures and explain them to other team members. Help research and define best practices and policies as needed.
  • Be a project owner for special projects as needed for the People Operations team.
  • Administrate company benefits, evaluate benefits options for leadership, complete renewal process, monitor renewal dates, and assist employees with benefits questions or renewal issues.
  • Additionally be the administrator for 15Five (administering the performance review cycle, OKR and Check-ins maintenance, reaching out to 15Five support for issue resolution, etc.).
  • Be a go-to team member by providing day-to-day support for employees with People team inquiries and requests, triaging as needed to other subject matter experts within the People team and Brightflow.
  • Be the primary administrator and point of contact for new employee onboarding, including generating offer letters, drafting contractor agreements, and coordinating the onboarding process with the Brightflow team. Partner with the Executive Assistant/Office Manager to ensure all necessary accounts are set up for the new employee.

What you will bring (core competencies):

This role is largely administrative, requiring thoroughness and ability to work through details of data, execution, bureaucratic processes with 3rd party systems, seek and facilitate technical support, and run through internal processes in a methodical way, and be able to read the fine print such as contracts, legal documents, or understanding policies and state laws and compliance.
  • Flexibility and an ability to execute with progress in mind, and a desire to refine or streamlining processes over time.
  • Highly communicative and skilled in both written and verbal communication.
  • You’ve demonstrated a strong track-record of being organized and can coordinate across multiple-moving projects.

If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the position’s requirements.
