The HR Generalist runs the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering total rewards, and leave, and reinforcing company policies and practices. This is a unique position at Addressable, with the potential to grow as a consultative and trusted HR business partner to the leadership and executive team, as well as guide the culture of an exciting and growing team.
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer
Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Talent Acquisition top-to-bottom. You’ll develop compelling job postings that attract the right candidates, screen and facilitate equitable and inclusive interviews, and ensure we hire qualified candidates for our talent needs; you’ll collaborate with managers and executives to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Conduct and manage mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments as required by policy or law. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, etc…
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate executive or 3rd party.
- You will maintain an up-to-date hiring plan, continuously re-forecasting based on changing business needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Guide and participate in disciplinary meetings, oversee terminations, and conduct investigations.
- Own and manage the employee lifecycle, specifically surrounding: talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, total rewards, recognition, DEI, performance management, professional development, and offboarding. No two days will be the same!
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment regulations; reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- SHRM-CP, HRCI or equivalent is a plus
- 3-5 years of human resource management experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
