Job Title: HR Generalist III

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks and may lead and direct the work of others
• Design and administer human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas
• Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Oversee and establish procedures for paperwork completion for the functional area
• Collect and analyze HR data, and then make recommendations to management
• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Expected to have a wide degree of creativity and latitude
