Renaissance Waterford Oklahoma City is looking for a full-time HR Generalist.

What you will be doing

  • Assist with the recruitment and interview process.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll.
  • Working on recruitment, orientation, and training materials.
  • Assist in any payroll duties and manage employee timesheets in ADP, as necessary
  • Planning and Executing employee rallies and parties.
  • Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with all applicants, employees, managers, corporate staff, and co-workers.
  • Conducting monthly onboarding and training of new hires as required by company, hotel, and brand.
  • Assisting with planning and implementation of employee events.
  • Provide administrative support to Controller
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding employee benefits and other HR-related matters
  • Assist and HR team with filing, scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with related Federal and state employment eligibility requirements and employment laws.
  • Works cooperatively with all members of the team; initiate and maintain excellent working relations.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong organization, multitasking and time management skills

• Working knowledge of MR Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) • Detail oriented

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Maturity, professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality is a must
  • Customer service orientation, always friendly and polite

Working Conditions & Physical Effort:

Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines. The work involves exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. The exposure to hazards or physical risks requires following basic safety precautions and use of applicable protective equipment.
