ISN is seeking experienced Program Technicians for a military housing inspection program. Proven experience working on contracts for an organization that performs services for the Government on a contractual basis is a plus. Upon receipt of inspection checklists, the Program Technician will be resonsible for populating the inspection form with instalation historical and policy related documentation received from the military point of contacts for each property into the respective units' inspection checklist.

• Organized, deadline driven, with the ability to multi-task;
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, especially with Federal Government contract and military staff;
• Demonstrable knowledge in diverse areas specific to the residential housing industry;

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience with military or government housing inspection programs

Experience:

Proven technical expertise in the area of inspections for single family residential homes and multi-family units. Government or military contract experience a plus.
