Full time immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant at Big Sky Vacation Rentals!

Some Of Your Daily Work


  • Answering in-coming phone calls with common questions, giving directions and some trouble shooting
  • Log and distribute incoming packages
  • Monitor general email inbox
  • Communicating with in-coming guests about the home they have reservation
  • Ensure issues are handled in a timely manner
