Fire Inspection Supervisor Jobs

A1 Sprinkler & Systems Integration is looking for a Fire Inspection Supervisor to join our team in Miamisburg, OH. We are looking for someone with experience in fire Inspections, able to act as a mentor to the team, and oversee day to day operations of the Inspection Department. We are a growing company and looking for someone who wants to be part of our growth. Relocation is available based upon skills and experience. Vehicle and gas card provided for business use.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily interaction with scheduler
• Focus on employee communication and development
• Direct supervision of Fire Inspectors
• Deliver quality, timely, and efficient service to customers
• Define goals, communicate objectives, monitor team performance, and provide a vision
• Attention to detail
• Other duties assigned
• Must live or relocate to within 40 minute drive of Miamisburg, OH office.
• Drive department revenue
• Focus on customer communication and service

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of NFPA, State, and Local inspection requirements.
• Excellent computer skills needed daily. (Typing, Word, Excel, ability to quickly learn accounting software
• Valid Drivers license and ability to operate under our insurance.
