Our Night Auditor Position works the front desk from 11pm – 7am

Modern Technology does most of the audit process leaving you free to take care of the guest.

Be the one to wish them a good night and good morning!

Offer them that first cup of coffee to help them get started with their day.

Night Audit Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with Breakfast / Coffee Set up
• Answer the phone in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner and direct calls
• Welcome and Greet all guests in a friendly professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of the local area, events, and hotel offerings
• Assist Guests with requests, questions, and handle complaints
• Close out the front desk functions and reporting for the day
• Operate the front desk and be familiar with all its functions

$19 / hr

Must be able to be alert and friendly during entire shift

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Professional yet friendly demeanor

Service Attitude
