Hospitality Coordinator Jobs

Come join a creative team of Asian cinema fans dedicated to exhibition and appreciation of Asian film culture in all its forms. For the 22nd edition of the New York Asian Film Festival (NYAFF) taking place from July 14-30 at Film at Lincoln Center in New York City, we are looking for members of our Hospitality Team.

Hospitality Coordinators

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You have a commitment to excellent communication, dependability, strong work ethic, ambassadorship, and confidentiality are essential. You will be team-oriented, self-motivated, and should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. It is important to have past experience working in a fast-paced environment and have demonstrated the ability to multitask and juggle rapidly shifting priorities. A track record in hospitality and/or travel coordination is preferred.

This position runs from May 15 - July 31, 2023 and is hybrid and on-site during the festival dates July 14-30th

Hospitality Assistants

As hospitality assistant you are the main point of contact and face of NYAFF for a number of assigned invited guests providing assistance and help throughout their stay. You are responsible for giving a warm reception to guests and making sure that they are satisfied with their visit at the New York Asian Film Festival. Hospitality assistants are responsible for maintaining open lines of communication between staff, guests and NYAFF Management.

Ground Transportation Coordinator

As Ground Transportation Coordinator you responsible for scheduling and arranging ground transportation for our invited guests. You work closely with the hospitality coordinators and assistants to create the car captain schedule and make sure transportation is arranged in a seamless and timely manner. Hospitality assistants are responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with the hospitality team and NYAFF Management.
