Job Description

Desktop Support / Help Desk Analyst

St. Paul, MN

6 month contract (potential for extension or rolling into FTE / Direct Hire / Employee)


CDW is adding to our team in St. Paul! We have n excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst! In this role, you will support internal employees with their technology challenges – desktop, mobile device, connectivity, passwords, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling technical issues and working with people.


Required expertise includes:

  • Knowledge of desktop applications such as MS Office, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer friendly demeanor.
  • 1-2 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support
  • Understanding of internet / network connectivity, password management, etc.


About the role:

  • Type of opportunity: 6 month contract (potential for extension or becoming FTE)
