Job Title: Help Desk / IT Training Specialist
Location: Vero Beach, Florida
Compensation: $23-26 per hour
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will play an important role in assisting and training our personnel on our expanding technical software application infrastructure. In this position, you will provide exceptional help desk support to our employees, create comprehensive training materials and videos, conduct training sessions, and ensure the quality assurance of our software system.
Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Create engaging training videos and concise documentation for our software application platforms.
• Assist staff with IT system issues and set up new users in our IT Systems
• Become an expert in sour software application systems
• Design and implement quality assurance test plans for our software system, and ensure thorough testing prior to the introduction of new features.
• Educate our employees by conducting one-on-one and group training sessions.

What You Need for this Position

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office
• 3+ Years of similar Help Desk or Desktop Support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Mac OSX
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Familiarity with mobile devices, particularly Android, and some knowledge of Apple devices
• Proven experience in creating pre-recorded video-based training materials.
