Job Description

Job Title: Help Desk Analyst
Salary: $50k/yr - $60k/yr

:

  • Need to have a car to be able to drive to work and back everyday
  • Need to understand how to handle a call from a branch indicating they are "offline" and be able to look at the IT systems to know if it is an internal network issue or a problem with a carrier. They would need to understand what types of questions to ask the end user to figure out if they are ACTUALLY offline or just unable to access certain things.
  • Hungry to learn, humble, service oriented, not a know-it-all :)
  • Must haves:
  • Active Directory
  • 1+ years help desk experience - hardware/software/mobile support (prefer 3+ years but open to 1+ year)
  • Network monitoring / troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Nice to have:
  • Working with Connectwise ticketing system
  • Supporting 16 of Hiller's locations, so will involve remote support as well.
  • Job overview/scope of role:
  • Provisioning computers, user account administration
  • Hardware/software/mobile support
  • Windows environment - O365
  • 2nd= onsite with the team, tour facility
  • Interview Process:
  • 1st= onsite with Stephanie, CIO
  • Start Date: ASAP - as soon as BG check clears, typically 2 weeks after offer is accepted.
