Required Skills
Strong knowledge of relational database, specifically Oracle (SQL - PL/SQL) and able to write complex queries.
Working experience in JIRA and ability to write queries in JIRA and creating dashboards is an added advantage.
Ability to read the design documents and understand the system functioning.
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in the system using the database, system logs, error messages and other diagnostic tools.
Able to communicate effectively with end-users, IT teams, and other stakeholders via oral or written communication.
Ability to establish good client relationships.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work both independently and with a team.
Candidate should be an initiator, self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
