Help Desk Administrator Jobs

Akkodis has a fantastic ON-SITE opportunity!! We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator All Levels for a large manufacturing facility located in Redmond, WA. This role would start as a Contract of 6+month. This role requires Required: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supporting macOS, Windows desktops in enterprise environment.

Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting macOS laptops.

Pay Rate: USD $60-$70/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)

macOS, Windows expertise

Jamf and Intune expertise

Desktop support - on-site and remote

Knowledge of software packaging and image build

Desktop provisioning and support

Desktop security, including patching, encryption

Knowledge of O365

Basic network knowledge and troubleshooting of DHCP, WINS, DNS and AD, switching, routing, wireless

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience using ticketing systems

Keeping technical documentation up to date
