Are you a Health & Safety Manager looking for the challenge of taking a mission driven organization to its next level of success? Ornua is actively seeking a H&S Manager to join our Health and Safety team as we continue our growth trajectory. In this role, you be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the company's safety and risk management programs.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
Our Health & Safety Manager are responsible for ensuring that the company is in compliance, that we are adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines to reduce work-related injuries, and complete projects related to company policies and external audits.
What You Bring To The Role:
Ability to engage in and add value to the strategic discussions of Ornua as part of the Health and Safety Team.

• Develop, implement, and execute the business unit’s audit program to effectively monitor compliance against legislation, company policies, and safe working practices.
• Serve as an H&S support to operations and employees by assisting the Director of Health and Safety and Specialist in H&S activities.

Previous experience with food manufacturing with a strong understanding for HACCP, FSQ, GMP and BRC requirements and standards.
Expertise in JSA’s or Risk Assessments is desirable.
