Environmental, Health And Safety Specialist

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Investigate accidents, environmental incidents, and sources of risk for environmental problems and liaise with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents / risks and prevent their recurrence
• May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices
• Organize activities and programs in connection with the company health program.
• Implement policies and practices to identify / mitigate hazardous conditions with negative impact on the environment.
• Contribute to the development of the overall environment, health and safety strategy for the region.
• Provide advice, develop and offer training on safety protocols and environmental protection and conduct audits to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to environmental and employee health and safety
• Keep close relationships with all internal stakeholders involved in company health programs and environmental performance and engage with external stakeholders like health insurance, sports clubs / holders of sports facilities.
• Control and track success of health activities and environmental engagement
• Develop and implement policies and practices to identify / mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace and external environments.
