GENERAL DESCRIPTION


A strategic and results-oriented Head of Organizational Development with expertise in Human Resources and Talent Development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business objectives, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective strategies to drive organizational growth and success. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing initiatives throughout the employee’s life cycle that enhance employee performance, foster a positive culture, and attract top talent aligned with our business goals.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES


  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and design and implement programs to enhance employee performance, engagement and productivity
  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function, including developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent
  • Assess the organization’s current talent pool, identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them through training and development programs
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure effective onboarding, talent development, and succession planning processes are in place to support organizational growth
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational development strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Design and implement performance management process, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms, to drive a high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement effective employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms to foster a positive and inclusive work environment


REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES


  • Strong understanding of business operations, objectives, and the ability to align organizational development strategies with those objectives
  • Proven experience, preferably in a business-driven environment, with expertise in organizational development, talent acquisition, and talent management
  • Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement, performance management, and culture change initiatives
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in talent acquisition, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions and measure the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, OD Certification, etc.) would be a plus.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee will be performing work in multiple buildings on the campus; the employee is required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required to focus on reading/evaluating documents and expected to have great attention to detail.
