As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee a wide range of responsibilities, covering all aspects of marketing across multiple channels and sectors. From retail to B2B, DTC, B2C, foodservice, innovation, events, sponsorship, and more, you will be at the forefront of driving the brand's visibility and profitability.
The Role:
- Lead digital marketing, including ecommerce, social media, and paid media campaigns, to maximize brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with brand vision and objectives across all channels, including retail, B2B, DTC, and B2C.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Oversee strategic partnerships and sponsorship to enhance brand recognition and engagement.
- Drive innovation and identify new opportunities to expand market presence, leveraging market insights, consumer trends, and channel insights.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
The Person

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of retail, B2B, DTC, B2C, foodservice, and event marketing, with a track record of achieving exceptional results across multiple sectors.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to provide valuable channel insights and drive innovation within the marketing function.
- Experience in managing budgets, tracking ROI, and delivering results within allocated resources.
- Proven experience as a marketing leader, driving successful campaigns and strategies for a household brand.
- Familiarity with market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
