THE ROLE

As the Head of Data Science you will…

• Lead a team of 6 data scientists and analysts and continue to grow out the team
• Review code, lead projects, and build out models end to end for fraud detection and risk analysis
• Work directly with leadership teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Drive the vision and strategy for the entire team and deliver high impact solutions using machine learning and predictive modeling

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Extensive background in fintech and finance
• Hands on experience deploying machine learning and statistical models into real world applications
• Strong communication skills, experience working with C-level stakeholders and implementing strategy
• 8+ years of full time experience in data science and analytics
• 5+ years of experience in leadership
• Tools: Python, SQL, AWS Sagemaker

THE BENEFITS

As the Head of Data Science, you can expect a base salary between $200,000 to $240,000 (based on experience) plus competitive benefits.
