As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Engineering to lead our technical team remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including retail and institutional partners, to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Drive the development and implementation of the technology infrastructure, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to drive the successful delivery of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our product development strategy.
• Lead and manage a remote team of engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing and leading remote cross-functional engineering teams.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve high level results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in retail and institutional financial services is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in building and scaling complex software platforms.
• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, with a strong focus on infrastructure and product development.
• Experience with digital assets exchange/web3/blockchain technologies is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, blockchain, defi/web3 and digital assets.
