Seek Capital is looking for a Fulfillment Manager to work with the clients of a company ranked #9 by Glassdoor in its “Best Places to Work” in 2020.

Our client is a prime credit, startup or early- stage small business owner, and we offer business funding to enable them to start and/or grow their business. Role Description:
- We deeply believe that having the best people on our team and providing them with extensive training to best represent our company and our services is the hallmark of our success to date.
- You will inherit a team of Account Managers and Trainers that are dedicated to providing an 11 Star client experience as our clients move through the fulfillment funnel.
- As our organization continues to rapidly grow, we are looking to expand our leadership team by adding a high integrity individual who can effectively scale and manage our Account Management team.
- Each client relationship lasts for approximately 30 days until all services are completed
- The role leads our Account Management team as Seek’s clientele flow through our pipeline
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Create trainings and contests that effectively improve our fulfillment rates and culture
- Pipeline and revenue management
- Manage the Client lifecycle
- Leverage technology and analytics to effectively measure your team’s performance
- Outsourced vendor relationship management
- Shortening and improving the Client journey
Who We’re Looking for:
We want highly competitive, highly talented individuals who have effectively managed at this level and have a proven track record of scaling an organization. You are a fast learner, have excellent communication skills, are a team player, and have a genuine desire to learn and improve. You can effectively leverage previous experience to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on both culture and performance.
Required Traits and Skills:
- Proven track record of leveraging data to make decisions and build departmental strategy
- Confidence and experience in translating a company’s strategic vision to effectively align a team of individual contributors to execute on said vision
- An ability to partner with other department heads to effectively improve the client journey and experience
- Expert in using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to effectively manage a <30-day sales cycle
- Experience in leading both internal, remote, and outsourced team members
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a major institution or 5 years equivalent management experience
- Proven track record of systems and process building
- Excellent teaching, coaching and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a servant leader
Salary & Benefits

- Compensation: A combination of base pay + performance-based compensation. Expect annual pay ranging from $120,000 - $165,000 depending on performance
