Job Description
At Invisible AI, we are building the future of computer vision. Today, our core focus is on developing an end-to-end platform that can digitize manufacturing operations. We deploy edge AI cameras to digitize all steps of manual assembly work which helps people-driven manufacturing be accurate, reliable and safe. As a result our clients can:
  • Conduct automated time & motion studies to analyze work cells and full lines
  • Minimize rework or scrap by informing line workers if they missed any steps
  • Train line operators faster using an AI coach to provide real-time feedback
  • Massively reduce time spent on root-cause by searching across 100s of edge AI cameras using a single product ID (without any scalability issues)
Coming from the world of self-driving cars, the founders of Invisible AI have years of experience in building and deploying large-scale AI & machine learning pipelines. Come help build a company that will deliver the endless possibilities of computer vision to real-world customers.
As the Head of Customer Operations, you will play a critical role in bringing the company’s vision to life, and your responsibilities will span across multiple domains including customer relationship management, post-sales implementation, and device services and support. You will report directly to the CEO of the company and your primary focus will be ensuring successful customer onboarding and business development. This role requires strong leadership, systems thinking, strategic foresight, and a special talent for collaboration both in synchronizing the work of internal teams such as engineering and sales and in managing the delicate balance of customer needs.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Excellent organizational skills. You sweat the details and are able to develop systems and processes to reinforce accuracy throughout your work. You’re comfortable managing complex projects independently.
  • Ensuring successful customer deployments with the goal of expanding in every customer by delivering consistent value through our platform
  • Strategic and critical thinking. You can flex between making quick decisions without getting bogged down in the details while being able to step back and be very thoughtful and strategic on choices that matter most to the company’s success. You can rely both on strong analytical abilities and good instincts to make the right call across a range of decisions.
  • Building strong partnerships with installation partners and industrial engineering consultants to help boost our ability to grow.
  • Taking a new customer post-sale to fully deployed by coordinating the placement, installation, and bring-up of 1000’s of new devices
  • Visionary and systems building talent. You are able to visualize the manifestation of the company’s strategic priorities and work backward to design the right operational systems, team working norms, culture and staffing, and most critically lead the company through scaling these designs.
  • Quickly responding to customer support needs by building a support system that connects to Invisible AI, and a team that can respond on-site for large enterprise customers. This includes building a ticketing system and corresponding knowledge base that can allow customers to quickly get answers
  • Training customers in our product and developing a training services organization that can continue to engage with them as their workforce turns over.

$152,000 - $190,000 a year
Our compensation package plays a big part in how we value your impact on our mission. Our base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
The estimated base salary guideline range for this role is between $152,000 and $190,000 and may be modified. This will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.
