GENERAL FUNCTION:
Responsible for leading/Managing the Implementations, Client Success, and Operations for the Big Data Healthcare LLC. Work closely with team to ensure best in class client experience is provided while ensuring a scalable and successful operations model is established to support business growth. This position has responsibility for directing and collaborating with key areas that are essential to the establishment of new client relationships including process optimization and governance, sales planning, legal and compliance.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform trouble-shooting and problem identification for large customers engaging cross-functional teams to address, research, and resolve large customer issues.
- Lead departmental and cross-functional teams to drive improvement, efficiencies, and growth.
- Works cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Product and other departments to meet business objectives
- Coordinate adherence to defined processes for launch of new solutions and services including certification of training prior to release from the business.
- Consult with and provides leadership in reviewing and developing solutions to meet client needs.
- Accountable for resolution to complex questions and escalated issues, from customers and internal partners.
- Refine and develop best in class operational practices to scale with fast growing business in Healthcare
- Leads and manages a team responsible for client implementations, support, and operations.
- Establish staffing model and gearing ratio to appropriate adjust staffing to support growing client need
- Formulates operations strategy to align with IT, line of business and digital strategy.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop engaged workforce. Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback. Developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth. Developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible.
- Ability to work in a team environment, presenting a professional image and commanding the respect of staff, peers, and senior management.
- 10+ years experience in a financial institution with a focus on Commercial Banking/Healthcare
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 5+ years of proven leadership/supervisor experience. Management of exempt managers and employees preferred.
- Very strong business acumen and ability to build consensus with all business partners.
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Business Administration &/or Finance or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred
- Experience with Microsoft office products, such as Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Leadership skills, initiative, a detail orientation, strong analytical skills, and decisive decision-making skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
- Extended viewing of CRT screen.
- Flexible work hours.
- May include local or overnight business travel.
