Position Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of B2B Partnerships/Sales to lead our business-to-business sales and partnership efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and executing B2B sales strategies, building and managing sales teams, and establishing and nurturing partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales efforts
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances
  • Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan to achieve company revenue goals
  • Stay up to date on industry developments and technologies to ensure the company stays competitive
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets


Qualifications:


  • Experience in the healthtech industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing B2B sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • A minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to analyze and interpret market trends and competition
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
