Overview of the Organization

Global Wealth Management (GWM) is a Division of Citi focused on serving the needs of clients across the entire wealth spectrum. It delivers a wide range of products and services covering Banking, Mortgages, Investment Finance, Capital Markets, Managed Investments, Custody, Trust and Estate Planning. Clients for these services include Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and Families, Family Offices, Professional Firms/ Associates/ Partners, Registered Investment Advisors, Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms.

The Americas Banking, Custody & RRE team is the product management organization within GWM, covering North America and Latin America Private Bank and Wealth at Work. The team is responsible for the strategic direction of core products, including Banking, Custody/ Safekeeping Services, Cards and Mortgages.

Role & Responsibilities

This position reports into Americas Banking, Custody & RRE Pricing & Analytics Head. The individual will be responsible for:

• Play an active role in the execution of key activities including business planning and forecasting, CCAR, risk metrics and rate sensitivity
• Engaging with Treasury, Finance and partners in other Citi businesses to ensure that all initiatives are extended and include Private Bank, Wealth at Work and the larger GWM organization
• Stay abreast of short and long-term markets, deposit and mortgage trends, and proposed transfer pricing changes in order to analyze the resulting financial impact on the business
• Build and maintain product analytics (regular and ad-hoc reports, presentations, tools) focused on product pricing, capital and liquidity metrics, in close coordination with partners across Personal Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM), Finance and Treasury
• Understand liquidity & capital characteristics of Private Bank and Wealth at Work deposit and loan products
• Build productive relationships with internal partners including Sales, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Technology and Operations
• Synthesize feedback from Sales Specialists, Bankers and other teams within the Banking and Mortgage organization to improve product offering and client pricing as well as funding
• Work closely with Treasury and Finance on Balance Sheet costing and funding improvements
• Support Pricing efforts for North America and Latin America deposits and mortgages

Qualifications

Experience

• Knowledge of Balance Sheet Costing, Funding, Transfer Pricing, and Client Pricing
• Demonstrated track record of working with multi-functional partners as well as influencing within a matrix organization
• At least 10 years of Deposit, Mortgage, Balance Sheet, or Treasury experience
• Project management experience with demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency

• Excellent written and verbal communication + interpersonal skills with the ability to present internally and externally with partners, senior management and clients
• Highly collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to changing environment and systems.
• Ability to think outside the box to effectively improve processes
• Strong and proven analytical, financial structuring and execution skills
• Ability to navigate and analyze large data sets; strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills. Qlik knowledge is a plus
