Work From Anywhere


For this position the individual has the flexibility to work anywhere, within the US.


About The Role


As a member of our expanding Member Acquisition team, you’ll play a central role in standing up new channel marketing programs, and optimizing our existing ones. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to build awareness of and drive sign ups to Hinge Health across the workforces of our 1250+ enterprise clients. You will collaborate with Hinge Health clients, cross-functional teams and external vendors to design and execute campaigns across a variety of channels at scale, and measure the impact.


What You’ll Accomplish


  • Campaign Execution and Measurement: Collaborate with the Operations and Data Analytics team to plan, implement and monitor your marketing campaigns
  • Operational Efficacy: Elevate the processes for delivering new assets quickly and reliably, including building self-service tools for client-facing teams to order and manage their print materials
  • Vendor Management: Manage external print and swag vendors to ensure high quality and timely delivery of assets
  • Channel Strategy: You’ll partner with a variety of internal teams including Enrollment Marketing, Data Science and other channel leads to collect and analyze client and industry feedback, develop and evolve channel strategy and establish mechanisms to measure impact for reporting and optimization.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to develop comprehensive channel marketing programs across an array of formats including but not limited to posters, flyers, brochures and other worksite collateral.


What We're Looking For


  • 4+ years of experience on a growth or acquisition marketing team that works cross-functionally with teams like Client Success, Engineering, Data, and Design
  • Passion for our mission, with a personal connection to MSK issues or a track-record of mission-driven work
  • Strength in using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform marketing strategy and tactics
  • Strong understanding of B2B2C enrollment marketing, how various awareness channels work with one another, and the KPIs that drive performance
  • Track record of meeting non-standard problems with non-standard solutions
  • Experience in a high-velocity, high-growth environment

$91,200 - $165,600 a year


Consider the range above plus equity, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
