Position: Marketing Analyst
Location: Remote - but must be local to Colorado
Duration: 5-month contract (40 hours/week + benefits)
Compensation: $20-24/hr W2, depending on experience
Description:
The Marketing Analyst role is part of the Field Marketing Center of Competence, reporting into the Field Intelligence team. Working with various marketing managers across the business, this position will coordinate daily and weekly marketing campaign lead lists that will be loaded into salesforce for lead generation and sales teams to execute on.
The Main Responsibilities:
• Works closely with various teams within the Field Marketing organization and the Digital Marketing organization in the pre-campaign launch phases. The Leads Analyst is responsible for coordinating initial intake meetings, scrubbing campaign lists, acquiring contacts, and submitting for lead upload.
• Utilize ZoomInfo to append/enhance persona contact information for targeted accounts.
• Submit requests for supporting data to track campaigns.
• Format and scrub contact lists in spreadsheets to ensure accuracy of data.
• Create Excel templates and submit requests through internal data portals to get lists loaded.
• Work in an agile environment and manage assignments and tasks in order priority, with the ability to manage multiple projects with short and long term key dates and deliverables.
• Requires a self-starter with strong experience in organization, communication, execution, and accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline (preferred)
• Advanced excel skills
• Knowledge of ZoomInfo (preferred)
• Ability to analyze information and ask questions
• Collaboration: work well with other while building projects together
• Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong attention to detail, producing accurate work
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks.
