About the Role:

Todyl is seeking a highly driven, passionate, and adaptable individual with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing automation, customer acquisition, and demand generation engines. You’ll need to be able to build tech stacks, generate leads, track the customer lifecycle, and continuously optimize our marketing operations and automation to exceed our business goals.


We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail who understands how to efficiently run marketing operations and demand generation through a metrics-driven approach. Having a deep understanding of marketing KPIs and the customer lifecycle is a must, as is the ability to pivot between getting things done and analyzing data. To succeed in this role, you have experience driving marketing operations, automation, digital demand generation, and optimizing the reporting and insights engine to continuously increase ROI.


This is a high-impact role that is both strategic and tactical. You’ll be a key part of the marketing team, focused on continuously refining our areas of focus to drive strong demand while improving our overall customer acquisition and upsell strategy. This role is critical in helping achieve business goals, including providing a steady stream of quality leads to our sales team and revenue growth while tracking and improving performance. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor existing channels and recommend new channels to drive fast new customer growth
  • Serve as primary system administrator for marketing operations platforms and integration points, including managing vendor relationships for contracts, renewals, and system performance
  • Optimize the attribution model for the marketing organization and help clearly define the marketing impact on the growth of the company
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality database through data enrichment, lead scoring, and segmentation
  • Drive on-time and on-budget execution of the integrated marketing plan aligned with company objectives, helping to define the goals and KPIs with the Head of Marketing
  • Draft documentation and update ongoing documentation around new and existing system architecture (i.e., process, feature, function, and workflows)
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to build and scale Todyl’s marketing operations & growth function, creating the right marketing operations framework, automation, demand generation, and reporting to accelerate our growth
  • Select, implement, and monitor the right marketing tools for automation and scale that support sales to reach revenue goals and exceed company targets, including building automated tools for demand generation
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to constantly improve overall program effectiveness and increase the impact of marketing on revenue and profitability
  • Bring innovative thinking and best practices to all engagement activities
  • Manage reporting and tracking, flagging issues for internal stakeholders and reporting metrics appropriately across the go-to-market teams
  • Continuously support and drive improvement of our entire suite of digital channels for the company by developing and implementing A/B/n tests at a rapid pace: Paid Media/Social, Email Marketing, SEO, Website, etc.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Reporting and Analysis. Developed effective marketing attribution models, ideally multi-touch attribution, with associated reporting and analysis to provide direction on marketing effectiveness.
  • Marketing Automation. Successfully built and scaled marketing automation programs using HubSpot or an equivalent platform.
  • Experience. Marketing operations and demand generation specialist with at least 6 years of experience in supporting a fast-paced marketing organization.
  • Lead Lifecycle Management. Effective at building marketing operations infrastructure that tracks leads and customers through the entire lifecycle.
  • Education. B.A. or B.S., ideally with a major in marketing, analytics, or business field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Email Nurturing. Experience designing effective email nurturing journeys that push leads down the funnel.
  • Demand Generation. Successful track record of utilizing LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and other digital advertising platforms to generate leads.
  • Marketing Technology. Advanced knowledge of marketing software, HubSpot preferred, 6sense, Google Analytics, Google Search, Adwords, SEM Rush, Hotjar, and content management systems, including how to integrate them together to maximize impact.



Compensation & Benefits

This position compensation range is $110,000 - 135,000 annually based on skills & experience
