Job Description
Position Overview:
The Huntsville Manufacturing Plant is looking for Group Leaders to facilitate daily work assignments, schedule team member overtime and vacations, monitor quality initiatives, manage an assigned section of the machining line, and assist the Resource Leaders as needed. This position will be assigned to the Head/Block Machining Line.
Responsibilities:
  • Will use ISO 9001 procedures, control plans, and compliance requirements.
  • Self-motivating and self-starter.
  • Able to do machining.
  • Have positive attitude and demonstrate ability to live Navistar’s values and guiding behaviors.
  • Experienced in leading and motivating others.
  • Will communicate clearly to ensure expected results.
  • Attendance is exemplary.
Additional Requirements:
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
