Exponent is looking for a Graphic Designer | PowerPoint Specialist in Menlo Park, CA, to produce consistent, on-brand PowerPoint decks for event presentations, client pitches, and internal communications. You appreciate that PowerPoint is a business-critical design skill, and love the challenge of making presentations engaging, beautiful, and concise.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the project pipeline for all presentations
• Championing the brand
• Ensuring visual consistency of all deliverables
• Providing constructive criticism and elevating the quality of work produced by consultants
• Owning end-to-end creative process - from concept to production - across all PowerPoint presentations

You will have the following skills and qualifications:

• A desire to work hands-on in producing deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, preferred not required
• Self-motivated, hardworking problem-solver with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced understanding of MS Word and PowerPoint templates, master slides, style settings, and excel
• Asset management experience
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• 5 years of experience in creative services or creative operations
• Agency experience preferred

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.
