It all started back in 2007 with two young, talented kids who couldn’t afford a decent bike. Their desire to progress -and have fun doing it- inspired our founder Markus Flossmann to find a way to give riders of all ages access to proper mountain bikes. That simple mission sparked the revolution that is YT Industries.

As a US-based member of YT’s global creative team, you will deliver digital and print creative assets that highlight our brand and the uniqueness of our products. You will bring ideas and contribute to projects that will strengthen our brand and improve our processes. As a graphic designer, you will work closely with the global creative team to insure consistency with all creative assets. You are regularly bringing new ideas to the team and seeking to push the limits of creativity.

Your mission

• Creation of graphics and layouts for print and online application

• Collaborate on concepts for brand and product communication

• Development of print and digital products based on conceptual templates

• Image editing, retouching and creation of print data

• Support for creative and project management processes

• Work with global creative team members on regional and global projects

• What you'll bring

• The ideal candidate has an excellent feeling for design, a Degree in Graphic Design and professional skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Your skills

• Completed design studies or comparable training and at least 3 years professional work experience

• Excellent feeling for design, typography and corporate design

• Very good knowledge of Creative Suite

• Experience in screen design and moving image

• Independent, goal-oriented and organized working method

• Photography knowledge

• Analytical thinking and a comprehensive understanding of processes

• Positive attitude, self-starter with flexible work style and high motivation & team player
