Design And Customize LLC is a team of designers and packaging specialists on a mission to build better brands. We work with companies of all sizes to produce custom branded graphics, animation, product packaging, stickers and other custom merchandise. Job Details

• Location: 320 Beach Road, Burlingame, CA,94010. Must be able to work in the office.
• Schedule: Flexible, 30-40 hours per week.
• Start Date: Flexible.
• Part-Time or Full-Time Internship (2-3 Month Contract):

Starting Pay: $16.50/hour
What You'll Do

• Engage with clients during acquisition, design planning, and sales.
• Create custom typefaces, vector graphics, and illustrations for client logos, labels, packaging products, and other branding materials.
• Related duties as assigned.
• Create custom die-lines sized appropriately for each client’s product needs.
• Generate ideas and assist in the creation of content for social platforms.
• Work alongside the design team to sketch, ideate, and generate new concepts based on client direction and self-driven research when needed.
• Use internal task management software to track and maintain data for each order.
• Resize and reformat digital files for print.

What You'll Need

• Sales experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Blender, Adobe Dimension, 3DS Max, Maya, or other comparable 3D software is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, and work on tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in packaging design is a plus.
• Great communication and time management skills are required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects required.
• Proficiency in Procreate, Adobe Draw, and or other similar programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital freehand and vector-based lettering or illustrations is a plus.
