Graphic Design & Video Editor

eJam is looking for a creative genius to join our marketing & branding team. You will also make kick a*s videos that will run on Facebook news feeds and be seen by millions of people! You will be working directly with the media buying team and quickly take feedback from the performance of your creatives (good or bad) and make tweaks and iterations to it until it makes our media campaign perform like the Ferrari of advertising.

In addition to creating ads, this position will also be tasked with creating new brands, logos and marketing materials for our ecommerce product brands from inception.

• Create Product Branding & Logos for new ecommerce products
• Cut, Copy, Splice videos together to make “pop culture” meme style videos in After Effects
• Understand audience for ad campaign and what images may appeal to that audience
• Search for creative assets said audience will respond to
• Shoot video yourself for campaign that matches audience needs if stocks video not found or you think you can do a better job ;)
• Create Video Ads for Advertising Campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
• Meet with performance team daily and understand how and why your creative is performing or underperforming
• Export multiple sizes suitable for Facebook, IG, Google and other media platforms our advertising campaigns run on

Requirements

• Creative Eye That Gets People To Buy
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Cinema 4D and Adobe Photoshop a Plus
• 2-3 Years Adobe After Effects
• Team Player That Can Take Feedback, Make Changes and Reproduce Creative
• Lighting Speed
• 2-3 Years Adobe Illustrator
