Role: Client Director/ Social Impact Director - US

The Opportunity:

Goodera is on the path of being a fast-growing volunteering platform and we believe that our opportunity space is 100x of our starting point today. We are looking for Client Partners who can help us scale on this journey.

Role Details

  • ○ Build and expand the network of relationships across the client organization. Mobilize different parts of the client organization purposefully to drive volunteering consumption along with the client champion
  • ● Base Location: US. Open to hiring across East Coast, West Coast or Midwest regions
  • Key Responsibilities
  • ○ Purposefully engage senior leaders from a named list of accounts. Build reach and
  • ● Travel Requirements: The role will need travel to client locations frequently up to 50%
  • ● Role Title: Client Director / Social Impact Director
  • ○ Build references from the activity and experiences of existing clients. Help other client directors to build a distinctive impact
  • Relevance for Goodera in the right communities to develop access to these clients
  • ● Drive purposeful volunteering across existing clients:
  • ● Engage and introduce new clients to Goodera platform:
  • ○ Bring new and innovative methods to drive engagement on Goodera platform from named clients
  • ○ Drive thought leadership for client CSR or CHRO organizations. Build client volunteering strategy and roadmap for the next 6-12 months.
  • ○ Deepen existing Fortune 500 client relationships to deliver impact and drive account-specific revenue growth for Goodera
  • ● Reporting To: This role will report to the President US, currently being played by Abhishek Humbad (CEO & Founder)
  • ○ Thoughtfully introduce the Goodera platform to new clients as relevant. Drive and build

consumption from new accounts bring best of Goodera to them


Powering the Word of Good

Key Success Metrics:

  • ○ Cultivate and Strengthen Leadership / CXO relationships and drive engagement with
  • ○ Drive 2x revenue growth across a named list of 25 Fortune 500 accounts vs last year.
  • Teams driving employee engagement.

○ Sign Up 10+ new logos from a named list of Fortune 500 companies and deliver revenue growth on the Goodera platform.

Supporting infrastructure:

  • Customers (bonus if it is to CHRO or CSR community leaders as customer personas)
  • ● Performance-linked salary: Upto 100% of Base Salary linked to revenue addition / growth
  • ● Base salary: $100-120k
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • ● Demand generation: Content, Digital marketing, purposeful drip campaigns across all major
  • Compensation Structure:
  • ● Tech platforms: Access to tech platforms to help curate proposals for clients. Ability to launch
  • ● 10-15 years of experience. At least 5+ years in quota-carrying sales roles
  • Accounts
  • ● Experience in consultative sales to Leadership in HR , D&I or CSR functions of enterprise
  • Client-branded self-serve platforms to drive consumption
  • ● PreSales: Curated set of standard proposition and sales collaterals
  • ● Offshore CSM support: Dedicated CSM support to drive champion and team-level relationships
